iTrainer Customer Satisfaction Policy

iTrainer seeks to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products or services. We seek to provide you with the best services and support. If you are not satisfied with our products or services, please contact us so that we may resolve your issue, process a refund or exchange, or offer a credit that can be used for other iTrainer products or services.

You may request an exchange of your purchased iTrainer products or services for different iTrainer products or services as a replacement within 30 days of your purchase. We will credit your purchase price of the original products or services, minus taxes or other costs, to your iTrainer account. If there is a price difference between your original purchased products or services and the replacement products or services, or if you do not complete your replacement within 30 days of purchase, we will refund your full original purchase amount (minus any taxes or other costs) to your original method of payment.

To initiate a return or exchange or otherwise discuss an issue, please send an email to support@itrainer.com. This will create a ticket in our customer support system and we will follow up with you via email to resolve your issue. You may also call us at 1-833-378-7246 (833-37TRAIN) to discuss your issue and open a ticket.
